Who We Are
The Organic Edu-care System (TOES) is a pioneering online educational ecosystem dedicated to cultivating visionary leaders equipped to navigate global challenges with ethical clarity, compassion, and intellectual rigor. Founded on the timeless principles of Quran o Sunnah, we harmonize cutting-edge pedagogy with spiritual intentionality, empowering children aged 4–14 to excel academically, serve selflessly, and lead with purpose.
We envision a world where young minds are architects of empathy, guided by the 3Vs—Vision, Volunteerism, and Values—to illuminate humanity through critical thought, sacrificial service, and moral courage.

TOES fosters holistic development by blending globally benchmarked curricula with Quranic ethics. We nurture lifelong learners who:

We started this School System from Curriculum development project that led us to start an online school eventually that we launched in May 2024. Our Curriculum designing project is a volunteer project where all the members are connected on a purpose as Muslim Ummah and serving to prepare a state of the art, futuristic and Quran o Sunnah based curriculum so that we can not only connect this Z gen with their creator but also move to get solutions from the God who initially designed this universe. TOES emerged through the collaborative genius of scholars, educators, and industry experts who have been crafting a neurodevelopmentally calibrated curriculum for the current and future generations of humans. Our Homeschooling Initiative, launched in May, 2024, redefines education by interlacing Piaget’s constructivist theories, Vygotsky’s social learning, and Bloom’s Taxonomy with divine Quranic wisdom—proving that academic excellence and spiritual growth are inseparable.

With 15 years as a Manager Projects in Telecommunications and experimental entrepreneur, he now spearheads TOES’ Brains Club—a visionary initiative born from his faith-driven commitment to serve. Leading passionate volunteers, the team merges groundbreaking neuroscience, globally admired Japanese/Finnish education models, and homeschooling excellence to reimagine learning. Anchored in TOES’ 3Vs—Vision (bold foresight), Volunteerism (selfless collaboration), and Values (ethical roots)—their mission is to nurture trailblazers destined to lead nations, redefine societal norms, and craft sustainable global policies for humanity’s future.

I dreamt of a state of the art Education System almost two decades ago but life made to experience it personally so that TOES could happen at its best. Alhmdolillah, team is doing a tremendous job and we are designing one of its kind Curriculum for at least 100 years.
Ms. Faiza Khanum (Edu. Consultant)
Faiza Khanum is an IB-certified educator, curriculum designer, and CPD-accredited trainer with over 15 years of experience in international education. She is dedicated to creating inclusive, inquiry-driven learning environments and has worked extensively with global curricula, school development, and teacher training. Her career reflects her deep commitment to values-based education, aiming to create a meaningful and lasting impact on students’ lives.
Faiza volunteers as an education consultant with TOES , an innovative, concept-based initiative that integrates the Qur’an and Sunnah into modern, student-centered education.
